WHHS Math Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta

The WHHS Math Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, is currently accepting applications for RETURNING and NEW members until 8/16/24.

Make a difference! Join the WHHS Mu Alpha Theta Math Honor Society! This Society aims to encourage a strong interest in mathematics, encourage academic excellence, provide community service opportunities, and make math enjoyable for students.

Minimum Requirements:

*Must have completed 2 of the following math classes by May 2024: Algebra 1, Geometry, or Algebra 2.

*Must have at least a cumulative 3.0 GPA.

*Must have an overall average of 85% in all math courses.

Print the attached application or pick one up from the bulletin board outside of room 112.

Deadline to submit your completed application with unofficial transcript is Friday, 8/16/24. Dues are not submitted with application.

NOTE: Returning members must reapply.
