Time is winding down for tickets (2 weeks remaining to purchase so please read ALL of these details CAREFULLY)! Prom is a FORMAL event, and you must dress in formal attire (see attached dress code).  If you aren't sure your dress/tux/outfit meets the dress code, please show an admin a picture of yourself in the dress (both front and back) for approval. Purchase tickets during LUNCH ONLY.  If you are a senior and leave after 2nd block, please stop by after 2nd block as you are leaving.  Thanks!

🎟️ 2025 PROM INFORMATION 🎟️

Who Can Attend?

  • Prom is for current Seniors and Juniors.
  • Sophomores may only attend as a guest of a Junior or Senior.
  • NO Freshmen are allowed.
  • Guests from other schools must complete the Guest Form, get it approved by their school first, then return it to the WHHS office for approval.

How to Purchase a Ticket:
✅ WHHS Students - fill out the Prom Ticket Form located in the rotunda (outside the cafeteria).
✅ Return the form to the library with cash only ($30-$40, see pricing below).
  • We are NOT set up for any type of digital payments (NO CashApp, NO Venmo, etc.).
✅ Guest Tickets - Once both schools approve the Guest Form, a ticket may be purchased by bringing the approved form to the library.  Guest tickets must be purchased at the same time as the WHHS student ticket.
✅ Your receipt is your ticket until official tickets are printed in early May.

Ticket Details:
🎟️ Tickets will be numbered and have the student’s name written on them.  The ticket can ONLY be used by the student written on the ticket. 
🚫 NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, & NON-TRANSFERABLE.
🚫 Lost tickets will NOT be replaced or refunded.
📸 Photo ID & ticket required for entry on prom night.

⏰ Time: 7:00 PM – 10:00 PM

💰 Ticket Prices 💰
  • Early Bird Special (April 1-4): $30 
  • Regular Price (April 7 – May 2): $40
‼️ Last day to turn in a Guest Form to the WHHS office for approval: Thursday, May 1 by 3:30 PM!
‼️ Last day to buy a ticket (for both WHHS students and guests): Friday, May 2 at 3:30 PM! Don't wait!
👗 Dress Code: See the attachment for prom dress code.  The dress code will be enforced on prom night!
📸 Pictures will be available for purchase the night of prom.  More information will be sent at a later date.
